In an emotional announcement today July 17, 2025, Tomorrowland confirmed the loss of its iconic Orbyz Mainstage, which was tragically destroyed in a fire just days before the highly anticipated festival was set to begin in Boom, Belgium.
In an official Instagram statement, organizers described the mainstage as “a creation born from pure passion, imagination, and dedication.” Though the structure is no more, they emphasized that no other parts of the festival grounds were affected, and all festival activities will proceed as scheduled.
The DreamVille campsite successfully opened this morning at 10:00 AM to welcome attendees, and Global Journey activities in Brussels and Antwerp remain unaffected.
The Tomorrowland team worked overnight to find possible solutions for the mainstage area. Further details about the weekend lineup and arrangements will be shared in the coming hours.
“We hold on to the magic Orbyz gave us. To the dreams it carried. To the team who gave their all,” the statement read.
Although the loss of the mainstage is deeply felt, Tomorrowland 2025 will still deliver unforgettable moments, music, and unity.
